A Super Move and CubeSmart are NOT the same company. Any questions or concerns regarding your Free Truck should be directed to A Super Move at (516)-591-3338 or email [email protected]. Any questions regarding your storage unit should be directed to your CubeSmart Facility.
If you are requesting this service, please fill out this form in its entirety. Any calls made to schedule a truck will be directed to fill out this form first. If you need to contact us, please know that we work 100% through voicemail. Leaving a voicemail will allow us to call you back in the order your call was received.
This service works on a “First Call, First Serve” basis. Truck requests do not guarantee availability. CubeSmart WILL NOT book or reserve your truck. It is your responsibility to contact our office from your Primary Contact # to schedule your Free Truck at least 48hrs in advance. Weekends and the end of month are the busiest, so earlier booking is recommended for more availability.
There is a $50 Emergency Pickup Fee for same day pick-ups or moves booked less than 48hrs.
CubeSmart has agreed to pay for the first two (2) hours of your truck rental - NO LABOR IS INCLUDED FOR FREE. Trucks do not have Lift Gates or Ramps. The clock begins once the truck arrives at your residence and will stop once everything is unloaded at your storage facility’s loading area.
All appointments scheduled will be given a 3hr window of arrival. We cannot give exact times of arrivals. The driver will call at least 30 minutes prior to arrival, for you to begin bringing your items curbside. All items must be curbside. Having things curbside will help you stay under your free 2hrs. After 2hrs, the truck rate is $50.00 every 30 minutes (1/2hr), until your truck is unloaded at storage, paid upon completion.
No Free Labor Included. It is the customer’s responsibility to load and unload the truck with this Free Truck promotion.

A Super Move and CubeSmart are not responsible for ANY and ALL damages incurred to your belongings and/or building or residence during your move, as this service does not include our labor.
CubeSmart only pays for your truck to pick up from one (1) location and to go directly to your storage facility. There is a minimum $50.00 fee charged for any additional stops and must be completed within your free 2hrs. If you need to schedule an additional stop, please let us know upon booking.
Cancellations are allowed up until 12pm the day prior to your scheduled date without any fees or penalty. Reschedule or Cancellations made after 12pm are subject to a $75 Cancellation or Reschedule fee, charged by CubeSmart. You can cancel by calling our office at (516) 591-3338 and leaving a voicemail or emailing [email protected].
This free service applies to moves within 8 miles of your storage facility and does not cover any tolls. After 8 miles, a minimum $50 will be charged, in addition to any tolls. We use commercial truck routes, using Google Maps to determine mileage. Rates will be disclosed and confirmed upon booking your truck.
Closest and most accessible parking for your Free Truck may result in a parking ticket(s). If you volunteer to pay for any tickets to get closer to your pickup, you must acknowledge so on our Bill of Lading the day of your move, and all tickets must be paid in full to the driver. Please avoid tickets by working with your driver in securing a safe and legal parking spot, suitable to load your belongings safely and efficiently.
